SUPPLY CHAIN COORDINATOR

To strengthen our team, we are immediately looking for a fluent English speaking, internationally oriented top talent! A varied, challenging position with various growth and development opportunities.

Where will you be working?

MTR FashionFlair, founded in 2008, designs and sells private label fashion concepts to large European clients including large chains, supermarkets, fashion brands and corporate wear partners. This includes products such as shirts, knitwear, sweaters, trousers and accessories such as belts, scarves and gloves. On a project basis, we also develop and produce collections for Dutch celebrities. The production of these takes place in various factories spread across Asia and Europe. Our goal is to completely unburden our client's purchasing chain.

In our small, informal team of 14 people, no day is the same. The lines are short, there is a lot of room for personal initiative and besides hard work there is also time for fun. We usually end the week with a Friday afternoon drink at our house bar and have several team outings per year.

What are you going to do?

In this role, you and your team are responsible for our entire supply chain, from coordinating product development to delivery to the customer. You are the first point of contact for customers and suppliers worldwide on a daily basis. Behind the scenes, you ensure that everything is perfectly arranged and then administratively processed accurately. If problems do occur, you solve them by thinking logically. Continuously shifting priorities require that you can switch quickly and be flexible. We are looking for an organizational and proactive topper who can work together in a small team, but can also function well independently.

Your initial duties will include:

• Administrative processing and coordination of purchase orders

• Monitoring delivery time and quality

• Frequent switching between customers and suppliers worldwide

• Planning and following up on social audits (BSCI) and customer-specific audits

What do we expect from you?

• Excellent command of Dutch and English (both spoken and written)

• You can switch quickly, make connections and easily maintain an overview

• You are good at setting priorities and are not afraid of responsibility

• You can work independently

• You are accurate

• You are a team player with a commercial attitude

• You are available full time

• You have knowledge of MS Office

• Some experience in a similar position is an advantage
